Returns
UNITED KINGDOM
Returns cost £5- we deduct this amount from your total refund amount
upon receipt of the items.
To make a return or exchange please drop us an email at :
with your full name and order number along with the reason for return
and we will arrange a returns label be sent to you.
We recommend re-using the original packaging to return your items.
Items must be returned in perfect condition with swing tags
and hygiene liners attached for a full refund.
Please return within 14 days from date order received.
Once we have received the items, and the return is accepted, a refund will be
processed to the original form of payment. Please note this can take up to 10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE THE UK)
You are responsible for the return shipping charges including any additional customs charges and handling fees incurred once the parcel enters the UK.
Always obtain your proof of postage.
For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear bottoms over
underwear.
